Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This weeks recipe
is my go to healthy desert when I feel a strong chocolate craving coming on. It’s super simple and only takes minutes to prepare. The healthy fat in the avocado and coconut oil and antioxidants in the cocoa support brain health and the hint of sweetness is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

 

 Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey, maple syrup, or a 4-6 soaked dates
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil

Blend all ingredients in small food processor and chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh berries or kiwi.
