Chris graduated from the Langara College Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2016 with over 3000 hours of training completed. He is serious about his profession and his focus is on preventative health care and helping people find solutions to pain, injury and stress. Dependent on the patient’s goals, Chris treats using Swedish massage, myofascial release techniques, passive and active stretching, and rehabilitation exercises.
In his leisure time, Chris enjoys the beauty of the outdoors by swimming, hiking, and cycling. On rainier days, he spends his time reading or playing card, video and board games.
