ICBC
Individuals who have been in a motor vehicle collision are entitled to 12 treatments for up to 12 weeks starting from the date of your accident. We direct bill to ICBC for:
- Acupuncture
- Registered Massage Therapy

Our team of practitioners have a particular interest in treating whiplash, back pain, muscle tension and concussion injuries related to motor vehicle collisions.
Coverage for Services
ICBC has approved service coverage up to a certain amount per treatment, the patient will be required to pay the remaining user fee:
ICBC Acupuncture User Fee
Initial Visit: $14
Subsequent Visits: $11
ICBC Registered Massage Therapy User Fee
Initial 60 min Visit: $6.35
Initial 45 min Visit: $0
Subsequent 60 min Visit: $35.75
Subsequent 45 min Visit: $10.75
ICBC Counselling User Fee
Initial & Subsequent 50 min Sessions: $0
How to book
- Select the ICBC specific treatments when booking online.
- If booking by phone please specify you have an open ICBC claim, and have all your information ready.
Before your Appointment
Please complete the online intake form we have sent you by email and include the following information:
- ICBC Claim number
- Personal Health Number
- Date of Injury
- Your legal name
- Your claim specialists name and phone number
As our reception staff needs time to verify your claim, we do require the above information before the day of your appointment to guarantee direct billing for your treatment.
