I believe that we all have a right to feel well, to feel rested, and to be passionate about our lives. I also believe that our current idea of “self-care” isn’t enough to keep anxiety, exhaustion, and burnout at bay.
My mission is to break apart the idea that a busy, hectic, and stressful life equals a valuable and worthy life.
As a licensed naturopathic doctor, I am committed to supporting the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of my patients. My philosophy on wellbeing starts with the foundations of lifestyle, nutrition, and sleep. From there, I love to use herbal medicine and targeted nutritional therapies to support you in your health goals.
I seek to create a judgement-free, inclusive, and compassionate space for all patients.
My naturopathic medical training was obtained at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, after completing an undergraduate degree in International Relations, with a focus on gendered violence.
When I’m not in the clinic I love cycling, reading, knitting, hugging trees, watching bad action movies, and spending time with my very good dog Morty.
My pronouns are she/her and I work and live on the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
